Mystree currently ships to selected countries available at checkout. Shipping availability may vary depending on destination and courier service coverage.


Delivery Timelines

Pakistan (Local Orders)

  • Standard Delivery: 3–7 Business Days
  • Free local shipping on orders above PKR 3,000

International Orders

Express Shipping

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 5–7 Business Days

Economy Shipping

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 15–20 Business Days

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination, order weight, and selected shipping method.
  • International shipping charges are non-refundable under all circumstances.
  • Customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or additional destination-country charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Customs, Delays & Unforeseen Circumstances

International shipments may experience delays due to:

  • Customs clearance procedures
  • Airline or courier disruptions
  • Public holidays
  • Weather conditions
  • Natural calamities
  • War, political unrest, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control

Mystree is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers, customs authorities, or force majeure events.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details, including address and contact information, are accurate at the time of placing the order.

Orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses are non-refundable and non-cancellable once dispatched.


Refused, Unclaimed & Undeliverable Shipments

If a shipment is refused, unclaimed, abandoned, or undeliverable due to customer-related reasons, Mystree shall not be held responsible for:

  • Lost parcels
  • Additional shipping charges
  • Customs fees
  • Return shipping costs
  • Refunds or replacements

International Orders – Final Sale Policy

All international orders are considered final sale.

No returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds are accepted for international shipments once the order has been dispatched.

Orders are processed after successful payment verification. During high-volume periods, launches, promotional campaigns, or holidays, processing and dispatch times may be extended.
